Trip to Snowshoe, WV
January 10 - 13, 2027  (Sunday - Wednesday)

Trip Details:

• Check into Snowshoe house Jan 10 after 4pm, leave by 10am on Jan 13
• 3 nights in a 9-bedroom, 6-bathroom, multi-level house on South Westridge Dr
• 3 planned evening dinners, cost will be divided among participants upon arrival.
  Bring your own beverages and food for any other meals.
• Lift tickets: IKON Pass or purchase a 3-day Flex Pass (see Snowshoe website) 2026/2027 Flex 3 Pass
  Limited time available before the season starts.
• Pricing will be determined by the final number of participants (11-14), and bed/pillow configuration, ranging from $350 - $450. Additional cost if less than 11. Additional single supplement option available.
• Deposit of $200 due by Nov 2.
• Email notification Balance due by Dec 2.  Payments: club website or give check to trip leader at club meeting.

In addition to the trip application below, all trip members must complete a Club Membership Application, and pay the current club membership fee of $40.00.
